Humanely Raised

Our beef is grass fed and grain finished. We only offer a premium product raised on our farm. We fertilize our fields and use rotational grazing practices to fully utilize our resources. We do not inject our animals with growth hormones, but do keep them up to date on vaccinations. Our cattle are easy to handle. We incorporate the best genetics available and utilize artificial insemination and embryo transfer practices. Our customers can rest assured that their product is USDA inspected and dry aged for at least 21 days. This helps make our meat dense and full of flavor, while giving you a product that is free from moisture and harmful additives.
